 TERMS & CONDITIONS 
To book:
Complete your reservation at your travel agent or directly with Adventure Namibia Safaris. Once your reservation is received, we will confirm receipt of the reservation with you.
Payment:
At time of confirmation of a booking a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total safari package is payable. A booking will be deemed confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. You will be notified as soon as the payment is received. Full payment for the safaris / tour is to be made at least 8 weeks prior to the tour departure date. If a booking is made within 8 weeks prior to departure the full amount is payable upon confirmation.
Cancellation:
In case a booking is cancelled, it must be done in writing to Adventure Namibia Safaris and the following cancellation policy will be applied.
Notice of cancellation received more than 8 weeks before departure of safari = 20 % (deposit)
Notice of cancellation received less than 8 weeks before departure of safari = 35 %
Notice of cancellation received less than 4 weeks before departure of safari = 40 %
Notice of cancellation received less than 3 weeks before departure of safari = 50 %
Notice of cancellation received less than 2 weeks before departure of safari = 75 %
Notice of cancellation received less than 1 weeks before departure of safari = 100 %
Should any person fail to join a safari / tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion, for any reason whatsoever, no refund will be made.
In some instances and on some safaris higher cancellation fees may apply. Should a different cancellation policy apply, you will be notified beforehand.
Change your booking:
After your booking has been confirmed and you should wish to change the dates you may do so subject to availability. A transfer fee may be applicable. If it is not possible for the tour operator to change the dates, then the original dates will have to be utilized otherwise the normal cancellation policy will apply.
Luggage:
The luggage allowance on safari is 15kg, plus one small item of hand luggage and one camera bag per person. Luggage is best packed in soft, canvas, barrel-type bags or rucksacks. Any type of suitcase is not recommended.
With fly-in safaris hard suitcases cannot be accepted – only soft bags to be used and a maximum of 12 kg of luggage allowed due to aircraft configurations. Should a client have additional luggage a safe storage place are provided from where luggage can be collected upon completion of your safari.

Not included in the tour price:
Items of personal nature, alcohol or alcoholic beverages, gratuities for drivers / guides, telephone calls.
Air travel from country of origin and visa fees, where visas are required, are also not included. If visas are required, we will give assistance in obtaining these visas but the responsibility to obtain any visas remains the sole responsibility of the client.
Medical Insurance:
Adventure Namibia Safaris obtains medical insurance for all clients for the duration of their safari. Medical insurance obtained by the company are valid from arrival in Namibia until departure from Namibia , or the beginning and end of the tour should the client be traveling on his / her own as well. Medical cover includes emergency evacuation, should it be required, either by road ambulance or by air ambulance, depending on the situation and location. Risk, Liability and Responsibility:
Adventure Namibia Safaris takes great care in ensuring the safety of our clients and does what we consider best in the case of any emergency. As stated separately we have in place emergency medical insurance for all our clients.
However, neither Adventure Namibia Safaris, nor any other person acting for, through or on behalf of Adventure Namibia Safaris shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever and without restricting the generality of the foregoing. In particularly, we shall not be responsible for the loss or damage arising from loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, injury or death, whether occasioned by negligence or not.
